The short version

• The course and the AI tools are free from us. You pay Base44 directly for your own Base44 plan.
• Base44 pays AI Dropshipping Academy a commission when you start a paid Base44 plan through our link.
• Student results on our pages are real but not typical. Figures are sales, not profit. You can lose money on product tests and ads.
• When you fill out our form, our team can call and text you about the course. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

The full terms below are what count.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Deng Consulting LLC, which runs AI Dropshipping Academy ("AI Dropshipping Academy", "we", "us", "our"). They cover our website, the free course, the AI tools, the setup call and anything else we give you as part of the program (together, "the program").

By using our website, filling out our form or using the program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the program.

2. What the free course and tools are

The program is The Complete AI Dropshipping Starter System. It includes:

• Course modules: Anti-Watcher Mindset, Marketing Fundamentals and Advertising.
• The AI Setup Workshop: a step-by-step walkthrough of your setup.
• AI tools: AI Store Builder, AI Product Finder, AI Ad Maker, AI Dashboard & App Builder and AI Superagent Builder, plus a ROAS calculator and a profit calculator.

The AI tools run on Base44, an AI app builder owned by Wix. To get access, you fill out our form, a team member calls you, and they help you set up on Base44.

We don't charge you for the course or the tools. We may add, change or remove lessons, tools or features at any time.

3. Your Base44 plan is between you and Base44

The tools need your own Base44 plan. That plan is a separate agreement between you and Base44:

• You pay Base44 directly. You choose your plan and type your own card details into Base44's checkout. Nobody on our team will ask you to read your card out.
• Base44's own terms and privacy policy cover your plan, including its price, billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds.
• You cancel your plan in your Base44 account. Refunds follow Base44's terms, not ours.
• We don't run Base44 and aren't responsible for its service, its price changes or its availability.

Because the AI tools run on Base44, you may lose access to them if your Base44 plan ends.

4. Affiliate disclosure

AI Dropshipping Academy is a Base44 affiliate. Base44 pays us a commission when someone starts a paid Base44 plan through our link. That commission is how we keep the course free.

When we recommend Base44, keep in mind that we earn from it. If we ever earn from another product we recommend, we'll tell you.

5. Costs you may have

The course is free, but running a store costs money. You may pay for:

• Your Base44 plan, paid to Base44 at the price Base44 sets.
• Product tests, including the products and samples you order.
• Ads on platforms like TikTok and Meta.
• Other services your store uses, such as a store platform, apps or a domain. Each one sets its own prices.

Our pages suggest planning on $1,000 to $3,000 for a first round of product tests and ads. Treat it as a rough guide. You decide what you spend, and you can lose what you spend.

6. Earnings and results disclaimer

• The student results shown on our pages are real, but they are not typical. They reflect the work of specific people at specific times.
• Any figures we show are sales (revenue), which is different from profit. They don't count costs like products, ads, fees or taxes.
• We make no promise that you will earn any money. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, budget, timing and market.
• Many people who test products lose money. You could lose what you spend on product tests, ads and other costs.

7. Education only, not advice

The program is educational. It teaches a skill. It is not a business opportunity.

Nothing in the program is financial, legal or tax advice. For decisions about money, taxes, business setup or the law, talk to a qualified professional where you live.

8. Your responsibilities

When you use the program, you agree to:

• Give us accurate information, including your real name, email and phone number.
• Follow the rules of every platform you use, including Shopify, TikTok, Meta, Base44, your suppliers and any others.
• Follow the laws where you live and where you sell, including rules on advertising, consumer protection, product safety, imports and taxes.
• Run your store honestly. You are responsible for your store, your products, your ads, your customers, their orders and refunds, and your taxes.
• Not misuse the program. That means no hacking, no spamming our form, no copying the tools or content to rebuild them, and no using the program to break any law.

9. Minors

The program is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not use it. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we will delete it.

If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the program and to start any paid plan, including a Base44 plan. Your parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you. Base44 and other platforms may also have their own age rules, which apply to you.

10. Our content

The course videos, lessons, workshop, tools, templates, scripts and the AI Dropshipping Academy name and branding belong to Deng Consulting LLC or to the people who license them to us.

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the program for your own learning and your own store. You may not copy, share, resell, re-upload or publish our content, and you may not share your access with anyone else.

What you build for your own store is yours, subject to the terms of the platforms you build it on.

11. Calls and texts

Our form includes this consent:

By tapping Claim My Free Course, you agree that AI Dropshipping Academy can call and text you about the course at the number you gave. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

That means our team may call and text you about the course and your setup at the number you gave us. Calls may be placed through a phone service provider. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop calls, tell the person who calls you, or email us at the address in section 18. Only give us a phone number that is yours.

12. Third-party services and links

The program uses and links to services we don't own or control, such as Base44, Shopify, TikTok, Meta, Instagram and product suppliers. Each one has its own terms and privacy policy, and your use of them is between you and them. We aren't responsible for what they do, what they charge or whether they are available.

AI Dropshipping Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, TikTok, Shopify or any other platform we mention, except that we are a Base44 affiliate as described in section 4. All names belong to their owners.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

We provide the program "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about it, express or implied, including that it will meet your needs, work without errors or interruptions, or lead to any result. Some places don't allow these disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• AI Dropshipping Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, ad spend, product costs or Base44 fees, connected with the program.
• Our total liability for any claim connected with the program is limited to the greater of the amount you paid AI Dropshipping Academy directly in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law allows.

15. Ending access

You can stop using the program at any time. To end your Base44 plan, cancel it in your Base44 account.

We may suspend or end your access to the program, or any part of it, if you break these terms, misuse the program or share our content, or if we stop offering the program. Sections 6, 7, 10, 13, 14 and 17 still apply after your access ends.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also put a notice on this page. If you keep using the program after a change, you agree to the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
